House of Faith Credit Union Goes Live on Credify Core Banking Platform

House of Faith Credit Union, one of the biggest Credit Unions in the Ashanti Region of Ghana gets onboarded by Credify, a Core Banking Platform powered by Bosea Technology Inc. In their transition from the legacy mode of operation, to a SaaS (System as a Software) cloud banking platform, the Union believes Credify will afford them the flexibility and necessary tools needed to optimise their portfolio management and enhance their customer experience from anywhere in the world with internet connectivity.

Pegging the rate of digitization in terms of mobile phone users in Africa and Ghana(characterised by an increase by 54% by 2020) especially with the numerous opportunities presented to financial institutions by FinTechs such as Credify to upscale their service provision, the Credit Union believes there is no better time for change and no better partner than Credify. The cloud-based platform provides them with the right tools they need for a seamless and efficient transition.

Credify as a host platform provides real-time accounting, customizes and automates processes such as emails and bulk messaging that ensures rapid response, and will hence ensure staff efficiency, helping House of Faith Credit Union to leave no stone unturned in their service provision.
